Hello:

My iPhone and iPad Mini are able to access my WD My Cloud drives, but my iPad Air has stopped being able to connect. The drives no longer show up in "Other Devices" and when I try to connect through "My Network - WORKGROUP" I receive the following error message: "Error getting SMB tree list. (CODE=NQ00FF03EB).

I used to be able to connect using my iPad Air, so I'm not sure what might have happened to cause this problem. Like I said, I am still able to connect using my iPhone and iPad Mini (the drives show up under the "Other Devices" section).

Please try/check the following...
- Add your smb server to ComicGlass ServerLists and configure username and password
- Change protocol setting "SMB1/2" to "SMB1"

That did not work. I am still unable to connect to either WD My Cloud drive on my iPad Air (still working fine on my iPhone and iPad Mini).
