I have 2 ipad, I purchase in app function (media sever function)in one of ipad mini2, I use another ipad1 to recover my purchase function , it don't successful ,please help me to fix this problem,thanks a lot!

Sorry for trouble you.
Is the AppleID used for purchase of an application also same as two devices?
When it's different in these 2, you can't restore right.
Please download an application by the identical ID in that case.

Have you used its AppleID in ipad 1st(iOS5 or or earlier)?
APPLE has finished supporting 1st ipad. Therefore ipad 1st don't seem able to access AppStore using AppleID which was make recently.
