Acrobatでの閲覧フラグはついているのでAcrobatでは開けますが、iOSでは非対応です。

送って頂いたファイル（04.pdf/66.77MB)は手元では正常に開けますが、設定やデバイスの種類によって結果がかわるかもしれません。
現在、ipad air2を初めとした別デバイスを手配しておりますので、申し訳ありませんがもうしばらくお時間ください。
