Question: Enable Snap?

Hi,
can you please explain what "Enable Snap" does? I haven't noticed any different behaviour when changing this setting.

"Snap" meens..
When swipe a page, a snap is once carried out at the end of a page.
When scrolling perpendicularly, it can prevent shaking right and left.
