SyncServerとの接続について

バックアップをとるためSyncServeをインストールしたのですがComicglass上でバックアップサーバーが表示されません。
Webページで使い方を見ても「ホストが表示されない場合はネットワークの設定を確認してください。」のリンクがTopページになっておりよくわかりません。
環境は iPone4 ios7 サーバー側のPCはWindows7です。

お手数ですが、以下をご確認ください。
Webサイトの不備についてもご指摘ありがとうございます
・PCと同じLANに接続されているかご確認ください。
無線LANアクセスポイントに、ホスト同士の通信を禁止する設定がされている場合には設定を解除してください。
・Windowsのファイアウォール設定をご確認ください。
TCPのポート49728とUDPのポート53178番を利用します。
（自動検出を用いない場合はUDPのポート53178番は不要です）
自動検出されない場合は、手動でアドレスを追加してください。
